Public transport : after a few years...

semalam adalah hari panas dan meletup sedunia..

Pertama kali guna balik komuter setelah sekian lama tak pakai. guna nak ke KL central utk catch up ETS. sy ingatkan adalah improvement dalam services sbb my past experiences dgn komuter not so very goodlah. selalu rasa 'dikecewakan' oleh servis yg tak reliable. contohnya: time selalu tak tepat, rosak, lewat. rupernyer, smlm ternyata tak byk improvement yg boleh sy nak puji. bukanlah nak condemn tapi sgt2 frust dan marah dgn service yg diterima.

my ETS train jam 6.48 pm. i dah start kuar rumah 4.30. expected 1 hour to reach KL central. okaylah, sblm kul 5 komuter sampai. sedang elok berjalan, tiba2 komuter berhenti tengah2 jalan antara serdang dan tasik selatan. dgn orang ramai bersesak2 dlm gerabak. dahlah rosak, aircon pulak tak jalan, so blh imagine camner dlm komuter tu, lencun dan rasa berwap2. tambah haru biru, bukan tingkap boleh bukak pun...mcm2 bau ader..

menambah ketensionan..bukan setengah jam mcm tu, tapi 2 jam! takder explanation whatsoever, we didnt know what to expect. ada koc lain dtg to replace our gerabak ker or what. no explanation at all. sy yg dah hangin satu badan dan desperate to catch up my train akhirnya call nombor aduan khidmat pelanggan yg tertera kat tepi dinding. bila call tu baru sy tahu komuter tu satu enjinya rosak and tgh nak tgk mcm ner. tgh nak tgk macam ner??? halooo??? kalu 3 jam tu tak gerak..kena 3 jam jugak ker dlm tu???

so pd yg pernah guna komuter dan merasa komuter rosak must know lah how bad the situation can be. akhirnya gerabak dpt reach tasik selatan dgn manusia dah bersesak2 kat situ. tunggu komuter seterusnya, tapi masya allah...penuh mcm aper bersesak2 dgn orang ramai. pulak tu, ader yg so selfish dan tak consider orang lain. contohnya bila tak nak tunggu org kuar dulu sblm masuk dan bila dah masuk dan berdiri tu tak nak plak msk kat dlm lagi (hujung) utk bagi orang seterusnya ruang masuk. mmg lah boleh pencak silat and kuar keris time tu. hiiiii!!

sy time tu dah pasrah dah..mmg i am gonna miss my train.

sampai kat KL central i went straight to ETS and explained my situation and asked whether they can allow me to get the next ETS. its not my fault after all. I said to one girl on duty what happened and u know what she told me?? 'Ohh, we dont know about it and nothing we can do. if you want to catch up the next ETS you have to buy another one.' OOohhhh..i couldnt imagine my feeling at the time. after 'wars' i encountered along the way, this is the kind of service i got after all??

i tak kisah byr lebih kalu services i got bagus. nie dahlah komuter rosak, bersesak2 berpeluh2 dan sampai ke KL central - i have to pay extra after all headache i experienced??? i pay extra for all the headache okay??? sy membayar lebih utk mendapatkan services sedemikian rupa! come on lah.

i ask nothing lah but improve the service of public transport especially inter city yg gunakan komuter mcm Bangi. tak gunalah kita ader all kind of public transport in this country but our services langsung tak reflects our advanced facilities. no wonder people willing to suffer all the jammed and drive their own car rather than rely on public transport to move from one place to another. terlalu byk yg perlu diperbaiki. fasiliti tu ader, but SERVICES.. msh byk mslh dan perlu diperbaiki. tak guna ada sisterm tercanggih manggih tapi tak on time. pastu please lah ada courtesy when dealing with unexpected system breakdown. at least make an announcement kalu komuter rosak so people know what to expect. bukan susah..with simple apologize dah boleh cool down people. nie kalu tak call sendiri, sampai ke sudah tak tau aper kebenda berlaku sebenarnya? and please jgn tunggu berejam2 sebelum bertindak! kalu komuter tu dah pasti problem tak leh jalan after let say 30 minutes, prepare lah contigency plan to move people so they can continue their journey. org guna for mcm2 purposes, yg gi shopping or jalan2 mungkin tak tension sgt, tapi mcm ner org yg perlu catch up another train/airplane/important meeting? i even missed my ETS train!

sorrylah mengomel byk, but semalam really buat i hot sgt. benda nie mslhnyer berlaku bertahun2 lamanya, tahap service mcm tu gak. nak kater first time system breakdown tak pulak. why dont learn from past experiences to handle crisis situations? people dont travel for free okay, we pay and we deserve to have good services and some respects.

goodness....kesian amoi terkepit dalam komuter berjam2.......
so far I pernah naik lrt dekat kg kerinchi punya aje, ktm dari klang ke KL...the rest...tak berani nak mencuba...naik bas pun I dah taubat, tiap2 kali naik bas mesti terserempak ngan mat gatal, hampir kena raba, dan hampir nampak I buka silat tampar orang....haha

betul alice, tension tau!!! i satu hari bad mood gara2 kena 'buli' ngan public transport sampai ader orang tak pasal2 jadi mangsa i sakit hati...geram!!

Sesungguhnya tahun 2023 memang terasa sekali KERASnya kos hidup Keluhan di luar sana adalah real  Saya sendiri merasakannya Walaupun dua-dua...
