I'm out

Last time i keluar rumah - last week on Friday. So, it means, i did not leave the house for about 5 days!! My head is full, tepu, i need to get out and get some fresh air, and fresh milk/foods, i run out those things. Sblm i become, 'tengkorak man' tu, i better find a way to cheer myself up a bit. dulu one of my friend citer mcm ner dia diheret keluar dari bilik sbb terperap dgn thesisnyer. i tak tahap tu lagi, tapi dah ada bunga2..and i bet, it getting worst in the future.

Okay guys, i nak belanja myself, a good decent meal today, Nandos chicken, i nak beli the whole chicken, seekor bwk balik umah dan eat french fries, and maybe hot spanish chocolate. i just need to get out. mood pun dah ada tanda2 aras bhy, tak stabil lately.
