Removing gallstones naturally

note: got this from my email. this might be useful in the future. saper2 ader batu karang tu blhlah try this DIY home remedy. who knows its working..! moral of the story - eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and plain water. those are the basic things/cheaper way to stay healthy. i think, if you watch what you eat (the right amount of food, less colestrol foods, exercising, non smoker, dont drink alcohol) you can stay healthy for a long time.

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY
by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan

It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. "Cancer is never the first illness," Chiu Nan points out. "Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer.

In my research in China , I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few.

One of the symp tom s of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal.. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.
The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:

1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.

2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.

3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.

4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.

5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

PS. 1cup=250ml, ? cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."

"Even if you don't have any symp tom s of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

PASS THIS AND YOU MAY HELP OTHERS!

Amanah yg hilang...

what the ____ ?

skrg nie, gara2 membuat laporan itu, dia mengalami gangguan sms kerana cikgu yg menyalahgunakan duit itu tak puas hati dgn tindakan dia buat laporan dan memalukannya.

aper punya cikgu daaaa. dah lah budak tu OKU, mak dia pulak buta huruf, sy dgr tak tergamak..sampai hati buat pelajar yg mmg disadvantage mcm tu. naper tak bagi pinjam duit sendiri jer? naper nak songlap duit budak tu? pinjam ker apatah lagi kebas itu satu kesalahan! patutnya dia yg pinjamkan duit kat budak itu, ini mcm dah terbalik lak..saper OKU sbnr sy pun dah tak tahu. OKU otak agaknya.

sure kalu jabatan kebajikan tau nie mesti marah. per punyer bfriend daaa..ingat duit welfare nak tanggung dia gak ker? respect lagi kat mat bangla yg keje tuk dpt duit..aper punya cikgu daa..

sy dgr pun berasap jugak hati..ader gak mcm nieh..dunia2..pasal duit semua kelabu mata, OKU tak OKU, pasal duit sanggup lupa..

my life here in melbourne

Hi, it has been a while..got so many things to do, to handle, to think about..i dont have time and very lazy even to take a glimpse of my blog. my life as usual..but busier than ever. the good thing is that - i am coming home  for good and i am about to finish my phd. now how good is that?

sbnrnya so many things i wanted to share here, ms berlalu terlalu pantas, tak sempat nak coretkan aper2 di blog ini. dlm tempoh nie terlalu byk perkara berlaku. bila terlalu byk kejadian, jadi tak tau nak tulis mana satu. nie pun tgh relax jap dari buat writing for publications, jam 3 pagi! penyakit lama ku berulang lagi..aper lagi penyakit burung hantu ler, nie sure lepas subuh baru lelap, and bangun time zohor nak masuk asar. that's not good at all. nie semua gara2 world cup nieh..my sleeping pattern pun dah bertukar sama.

proses house hunting pun dah selesai. dpt umah yg dekat dgn ofis. rupernya susah jugak cari umah yg benar2 memuaskan hati dari segala aspek, but i managed to find a house yg very near to campus, although a bit more expensive..but..that's the best so far. tambah tolak bahagi darab..so jadilah warga bandar baru bangi lagi sekali tak lama lagi. kihkih. ramai jgk yg cari rumah kat bangi, cari umah pun dkt websites..tepon2 jap jer orang lain dah cekup. memang persaingan sengit ler.

bagi yg msh baru dlm house hunting via internet nie..websites yg baik utk carik rumah sewa ialah di www.mudah.com.my and www.caribilik.com.my

sementelah menanti my supervisor semak my draft, my next task is to do some writing for publications. setelah bersara sekejap hampir 4 thn lamanya, maka kena prepare jugak nak mengajar balik, publication oh publication and research! thinking about work..urrgh..dgr citer senior, aku pasti berada di ambang burnout jika tak betul caranya. tapi balik nie dgn penuh semangat tuk memulakan kerja.

balik pulak time ramadhan, eloklah sangat. rasa happy coz kali nie dpt sambut bulan ramadhan di msia. pastinya (insya allah) akan ku jejaki lagi masjid putrajaya spt 4 thn yg lepas. betapa lamanya berpuasa dan bersolat jemaah dlm suasana yg ramai macam tu.

my life here in melbourne is about to finish..and buka pulak lembaran baru di msia. insya allah and i really hope segalanya baik2 seadanya. yg pasti, sy akan rindukan melbourne ini, yg pernah menjadi tempat tinggal dan mengenal hidup di overseas.
